Refund policy

All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns/exchanges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days from the date you have received your parcel if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All defects will have to be clearly illustrated according to our requirements to ensure we are able to identify and replace them accordingly. The defective product/parts that can be replaced within the 7 days window are as follow:

  • Cracks
  • Major scratches
  • Missing parts

Items must have its original packaging with tags

REFUNDS

We will notify you If the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
